2009 - Complete deal to buy a private apt in D09-11
2010 - Continue to grin and bear it in the office.
2011 - Enjoy living in my new apt classy environment for a while.
2012 - After being eligible for HDB, buy a HDB and rent out the apt.
2013 - Quit my job , collect rent and trade for retirement.
